About:

During my career I worked for or advised the biggest CPA and Consulting firm in the world, Fortune 500 companies, NASDAQ companies, Middle Eastern Princes, the richest man in America and thousands of small businesses and their owners. Presently I am principal in private firms focusing on corporate and tax strategy.

I have the expertise of thirty years consulting to the network marketing industry and non profits. I understand network marketing and the non profit sectors. I am a network marketer. The Ellis CPA Firm has somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 network marketing clients, spread among seven or eight different companies. Network marketers do not have to fight with me to get their legitimate deductions. I rely on a strategic approach to tax savings rather than technique driven approaches most accountants rely on. Generally we are able to cut income tax to the legal minimums.

I speak at network marketing events nationally, primarily for Mannatech. I am working with Entrepreneur Magazine and a couple of other network marketing companies about speaking regularly at their events.
