I know firsthand how frustrating it is not to have a mentor or coach help me become successful in my business ventures. I knew when I went back to work only 6 months after I had children that I wouldn’t be happy being away from them everyday at a 9 to 5 job. I knew a homebased business would help me to be able to spend the quality time I wanted to spend with my family. I started reviewing homebased and online businesses on the internet. I had to wade through all the scams (and we all know how many scams there are-even the business scam review websites are scams!) and it took almost a year for me to find a business that I thought was legitimate and one I would be interested in. I failed in that business. I then started a couple of other business and failed. What I should say is those businesses failed me. Not one of those businesses had a mentor or coach to show me how to become successful or to even get me started in the right direction. Also, I was not very passionate about these businesses. I know now that passion for what you do leads to fulfillment and happiness which radiates as excitement to everyone around you. Now that I have realized what my passions are, I look forward to my “job” everyday. I absolutely love this field and want to help anyone else who is passionate about what they do become successful. I am not your typical salesperson so I had to learn the hard way to market and build my business. I realize everyone has a different personality, different strengths and different weaknesses and there are business building techniques that fit each situation. I will help you build a team where you can benefit from each others strengths and work together to grow a fantastic business. I believe in helping others help themselves. I love to help, love to talk and love to coach. During my career as an Environmental Scientist in the public sector, I received many awards for collaborating with several federal and state agencies, the public and stakeholders to successfully complete several contentious, high profile, politially sensitive projects. In my personal life, I coached my son’s swimming team and am a girlscout leader for my daughter. I want to help you succeed and for you to fulfill your goals and dreams and learn from my mistakes.
