My Bio:
Hello my name is David Bryant and I feel honored and privileged to be an Independent Associate with Max International. As Max Associates we each have the responsibility of leading and supporting our own teams. That's one of the benefits of direct selling and the network marketing business model. We can support and provide leadership for our own teams and at the same time be supported by other team leaders, coaches and mentors. My background is in music as a successful songwriter. I feel blessed to have written songs for many top music artists from Whitney Houston to Eddie Money. I have also overcome many obstacles in my life, including a health challenge, so I understand the value of being able to make a difference in people's lives with breakthrough nutritional products like MaxGxL. Over a decade ago when I was first introduced to the direct selling industry and network marketing business model, I didn't know very much about the industry, compensation plans, or how to effectively build a residual income. However, I did find the concept of residual income very appealing because as a songwriter I was familiar with the power of royalty income. Over the years I've learned a lot and I've seen a lot as it relates to direct selling and network marketing. I've seen what works, what doesn't work and everything in between. Two of the key ingredients for building a successful team are QUALITY MENTORING & TRAINING and an EASY TO DUPLICATE TEAM SUPPORT SYSTEM that incorporates the support systems and resources that the company offers. Success in direct selling and network marketing has a lot to do with RELATIONSHIPS! You would think that it's mostly about selling, but in my experience the people who do the best are the ones who develop the best relationships with their Customers, their Team, their Sponsor and their Upline. It's the relationships you develop with the people you serve and support that motivates people to trust you, buy from you, and/or build a team with you, not the direct selling itself. With that said, I have put together a simple 4 page duplicatable team support system you are welcome to use with YOUR TEAM. It's called the "Max 4 Support Team Support System" and I hope it will be helpful to you in building your team of Max Customers and Associates. The key number to focus on when building your team is 4. If you focus on the number 4 and use the training systems, marketing tools, support resources and technology our team and the company has put in place, you should be able to build a solid foundation for your team and your business.
